Account Cancellation Can you please advise how I cancel an account please?

If it’s just a subscription you wish to cancel, we don’t automatically renew it, so you can let it expire. However, bear in mind L and XL accounts require a subscription to continue to use QuickFile.

I wish to delete my subscription. I am know being charged £18 per monthand not using Quickfile at all. My accountant is dealing with that using another software.
How do I stop my subscription I took up last month? I m not even sure when it gets renewed.

The subscription is per year rather than monthly.

You can view your active subscriptions by going to Help >> Additional Services.

We don’t renew subscriptions automatically - we don’t store any payment details. So once it expires after the year, it won’t renew unless you renew it.

That very neatly works out as 4 subscriptions although they are paid annually not monthly. Have you perhaps created multiple QF accounts?
