I’ve switched business banking and need to change direct debit details. It doesn’t seem to be any way to do that on my dashboard. Can you help?
Which direct debit details are you referring to? Do you currently use Affinity and pay for this by direct debit?
I use affinity and cancelled my direct debit. How can I add new account details?
If you’ve cancelled the direct debit then you should be able to set up a new one from your dashboard Account settings > Billing
Great, that works. Is there any way to check or update existing DD details? Or does it need to be cancelled and reset each time?
Cancelling ad setting it up again is the only way to do this at the moment.
