Client Area Missing Statement Section

Afternoon all,

Previously, I remember when I impersonate a client their area would look like the screenshot below and I can see they have access to their statements:

However, when I do it now, it looks totally different and the statement section is missing.

Does anyone know how I can get the statements back and if its possible to go back to the previous design?

I haven’t personally made any changes other than my QuickFile account got linked to an accountant a few months ago. Could this have changed it?

The older client area has been discontinued. The new one was introduced back in 2018. Due to on-going updates, this area has now been enabled for all accounts.

You can add a link the statement by going to Account Settings >> Design Customisation, and select Client Area Customisation. Just tick the “Include horizontal menu system”, and this should come with a statement option as standard.


You can also add additional items on the menu here, if you wish.
