How do you close down an affinity accounts. We no longer need it and want to close it?
Please first log into your account and detach the profiles, under the options menu.
Once you’ve done this send me a private message here with your Affinity account number and I will close the account for you.

Thank you for that, however there is 54p owing and it wont allow me to top up with anything less that £15. considering we dont want to use this and had no warning that it was chargeable we just want to turn it off.
Can you just turn it off at source please?

I think yesterday it worked as there was still a small credit left, now it’s redirecting to the billing screen. I will send you a private message to confirm.
