Creating a Goodwill Credit to a Customer

Hi, I have offered a client a Goodwill gesture of 3 hours on account for my services. I have been following these instructions Customer/Client Promotional / Goodwill Gesture Credits Offered which seem to be the answer but notice they are from 2013 and have got stuck because there isn’t a ‘Add Credit’ button on my customer screen shown in Step 6. Please could you advise me how to proceed. Many thanks.

You can create a new invoice.

When entering the values, enter them with a minus.
