I am a regular user of the backup data as I need to keep the data up to date.
This morning I scheduled a backup of the data to my email after I had completed some amendments to QF. I was surprised to find that the amendments had not been followed through and the backup had not been refreshed with the amendments.
I then backed up to DropBox about 15mins later - the data still did not have the amendments.
Is there a breakpoint when amendments are copied through to the backup?

The backups are taken from a snapshot of the database rather than the live version.
There should be a paragraph in the email, similar to the following:
Please Note: Backups are extracted from our own internal database snaphots and may not contain data entered within the last 12 hours. You can find out more about scheduled and on-demand backups here.
