hi have just signed up to test this as we need to move from our current desktop software.
One issue I have come across though is we can only display one address on the invoice.
We sell to retailers but then we do the delivery so on the invoices and delivery notes we need to show the billing and delivery address, is this possible?

There isn’t a way to specify a delivery address at the moment. However, there are a few workarounds which you could use. Take a look at this post and this post for some information on that.
