Continuing the discussion from CSS Delivery Note adapted as Job Sheet:

Adapted custom/delnote.css to use as a Job Sheet.

The sender’s address and recipient’s address have been swapped around to enable “snail mail” posting of the job sheet to ourselves, rather than the customer (advantage: no printer maintenance required in-house; disadvantage: 24/48 hours to wait to receive the job sheet).

Still work in progress as only recently started on this CSS stuff, but it does the trick.
