With the Payroll Site ceasing are there any plans for integrations with any other Cloud Payroll provider. I understand Bright Pay is integrated but its a Desktop provider that wont necessarily work for everyone.

There no are no immediate plans. However, Bright Pay is both desktop and cloud based -

Unfortunately its too expensive for the small employer payruns we need to do.
How many employees do you have? We pay roughly the same for brightpay as we did for payroll site. I did find the calculator on their home page a bit tricky though as I put the number of employees in the employers box which inflated the price. Something to lookout for.
Shape Payroll is free for 3 users and from what I remember their costs were very reasonable after that, though they seem to have now hidden the pricing details.
There is a feature request to integrate this into Quickfile - Shape Payroll; it has 3 votes already but no indication of if/when it would be integrated.
Many integrations, especially with payroll, are “push” integrations, meaning they push data to us. Unfortunately this isn’t something we have any control over.
But, we are happy to assist anyone looking to build an integration with QuickFile.
