I am new in here and I would really like to know how to download all the expenses and their attachments in order to have a backup.

You can download backups of your data which will include expenses here: Create a data backup schedule
With regards to any attachments, you would need to download that archive separately, details on how to do that can be found here: Download an archive of your documents
