Dropbox is not importing files into the Receipt Hub

Hi,
I checked all settings with checklist>> Dropbox isn't working - What you need to check for first

But still files do not imports to Receipt Hub. Need your help with dropbox integration setup.

We’ll certainly try our best to help you here.

So to confirm:

  • All your files are supported formats and are within the file size limits?
  • Your files are in the correct folder?
  • Manually polling from within your account shows nothing?

If that’s the case, if you could let me know the last 3 digits of your QuickFile account number (found in the top right hand corner once you’ve logged into your account), and I’ll investigate further.
