Is there anyway of being able to edit the template that is used on the email invoice? Ie can we change the blue colour on the header or add a logo to the email?

This is a planned feature, although it’s likely to form part of the Affinity package and will provide high level customisation for many areas within the system, e.g. client control panel, document design, login screen customisation etc.
