Email failure to send invoices / estimates

None of my customers are receiving emails when i send out invoices etc. I always CC a copy to myself, and receive that OK. 4 out of 4 of my last invoices have never been received by my customers.

I have to forward on the CC copy from my outlook to them, they receive them OK then,

What’s happening? How can we test the system is working OK.

Are you using the default set up (send emails from mail@quickfile.co.uk), or are you using your own SMTP server?

If the CC has arrived then the problem is most likely at their end.

Four is quite a small sample, are they all using the same email service?
