I am trying to send invoices to a customer who uses a doc store so at the moment they cant click on a link to open invoice their system wants to have an attached PDF file Anybody know how I do this please ?

Tick the box labelled “attach invoice as PDF” when sending the invoice?
Where do I find that box please

Yes. Have you read the knowledgebase article at all?
Occasionally you may find clients asking if you can send a PDF copy of the invoice rather than sending a link. There are many good reasons why we haven’t designed QuickFile to work in this way, if you’re interested then you can view them all here . That said, we understand how difficult it can be to get paid on time, without forcing your clients to do something they aren’t familiar with.
