Enable 2 factor authentication

Hi,

I have added my accountant as a team member.

They emailed the following:

“It’s asking me to contact my administrator to enable 2-factor authentication now. Any ideas?”

What steps do I need to follow to do this (I have 2FA set up on my own account).
