Hi,
Have a look on the link below, thatās descriping the part with the notes for invoices and estimates on the invoice customisation screen.
QuickFile makes it easy to customise the design and layout of your sales invoices and estimates. You can upload your company logo, add/remove certain fields, configure numerous layout preferences and setup your own default notes and payment terms.
To start customising your invoice click on the āAccount Settingsā menu header then select the option āInvoice customisationā.

Is this invoice created from scratch or are you converting it from an estimate?
I think Iāve been encountering a similar glitch, correct me if iām wrong.
When an estimate is made and includes the estimate notes/terms, once that estimate is converted to invoice, the estimate terms are still visible, ie, it doesnāt convert the estimate terms to the invoice terms?
This is a problem iām experiencing anyway so if there is any help, it would clear an annoyance for me.
Thank you.
I found this similar post which may help

I would be willing to bet the case for it being the way it is is the exception rather than the rule. Most people will want the default invoice terms on the invoice, not the default estimate terms. This has lead to delays in payments for me more than once as customers do not get the relevant payment info sent with anā¦
