Exceeded free usage limit

Hi - I’m in the process of moving accounts to Quickfile. I am currently on an extension for the free service. In my ignorance I uploaded all the transactions for the last 3 years and have unwittingly exceeded the free service. Ordinarily we only have a few transactions a month for our community association. Can I start again - i.e. wipe the transactions & just reload for the current year? and continue with the free service?

There are instructions to delete the data on your account, here: How do I clear my account?

The nominal ledger count is updated once every 2-3 days, so it may not updated straight away. If this causes a problem however, let me know and I’ll manually updated it for you.
