GoCardless Direct Debit Option Disappeared

Hi - I’ve been told by a customer that the option to pay online had disappeared when he logged in to look at his invoice.

I have Stripe and GoCardless set up but am disabling the Stripe option for all but a selected few customers, leaving the only option for most as setting up a Direct Debit via GoCardless.

When impersonating the customer, the only option for GoCardless is now to make a secure payment via the mobile banking app.

How do I reinstate the option for the customer to set up a direct debit via their portal?

There was a similar issue a while ago. But as stated in the thread yesterday (below) it should work now.

Yes, I saw that thread the same day I had the problem. Unfortunately, the problem was still there when I posted yesterday.

Whereas before it had no option for GoCardless unless Stripe was also enabled, now it allows Stripe to be disabled but the GoCardless option is only “Make a secure payment from your mobile banking app.” When I click on that option, the message “Instant Bank Pay is unavailable” pops up.

I’m fairly certain that before, there was an option to input bank details for a Direct Debit setup.
