I have a hard copy signed DD request form from a client. Can I use this to authorise a DD from within quickfile?

Hi @fiondew

We integrate with GoCardless who processes all the direct debits linked to invoices in QuickFile. I think this may something to raise with them directly as they would know more about this area than us.

I have found this link which may be a good starting point:

If you can set up the mandate through GoCardless, then it should be usable with QuickFile.

Found info in the gocardless knowledgebase:

Can I collect customer details using a paper mandate?

For merchants signed up to our Standard service customers must complete the online authorisation form.

For merchants signed up to our Pro service customer details can be collected via paper mandate and then entered into the GoCardless system on behalf of the customer.
