I have an open banking bank attached but it doesnt show in Banking section?

hi

I have had a message from quickfile asking to re authenticate my bank feed.

ive done it and it shows in Banking - Open banking.

If i then go to Dashboard - Bank Management - its not there?

how do i connect this bank feed to a bank - if that makes sense?
i cant see the bank or transactions?

Hi adnw,

In your banking section, if not already done, create a bank account within quickfile by clicking on “Create” and look for your bank. If done, open this bank account and click on “option” and then on connect to bank feed and choose the feed you already connected to your bank. If you have more than one account under your bank login than select the one you would like connect to quickfile.
