Import journal

Logging the request for an import journal function. If this was slick enough, it would allow the product to be used in bigger businesses with journal outputs from other systems.

I know that there is a workaround with importing a tb but this isn’t really the same thing.

Yes, I can definitely see a use case here for managing accrual and prepayment journals

This would be very useful. It would also be useful if journal entries could be duplicated. A recurring schedule isn’t adequate for journal entries that recur but have differing amounts. It’s time consuming to have to manually enter these, so a duplication or import facility would be good.

There is a copy button against each journal that allows you to duplicate and then edit.
