Hi I want to make some change to the system, but its currently live. Is there a account i can copy the data and then test the changes on?
There isn’t one unfortunately, but you’re welcome to set up a second account if you have another email address. Providing there are no more than 1,000 ledger entries in a rolling 12 month period, the account will remain free .

Thanks for the speedy reply, I am a XL user. and we have alot of transactions. I think there a mistake of the bank upload, as we cant import the bank details automatically. Is there safepoint or something i can revert back?
Unfortunately there is no ‘un-do’ function as such. Do you know when the mistake happened? If not, you may find the reconciliation tool useful to narrow it down.
You will be pleased to know however that we are in the final stages of testing for automatic bank feeds through Yodlee. Once this is live, we’ll post an announcement on the forums - watch this space!
