Linked Accounts not syncing invoices

Hi,
I have an issue with a linked account.
I have set up a linked account for a client for them to send their timesheet claims for payment and they have successfully completed this operation over many payments.
This time around the payment transfers has not been automatically sent to the Purchase Management dashboard. Has anything changed recently?
Have I by chance missed a topic on the subject?

Changes to the way invoices are synced between accounts

You may be aware of a feature that allows a link to be established between two QuickFile accounts, once agreed a supplier can then automatically push their invoices into their client’s account (relevant guide).
