The Nationwide open banking feed is failing to update since 1 October. I have checked and have given all authority and there are entries at the bank that should be uploaded to QuickFile but refreshing does not do this either

A few things to check.
Do you get any error messages?
When you refresh the feed do you set back the date to the 1/10?
Are these transactions all cleared completely or are they still pending?
Have you tried to delete/revoke the feed completely and setup a new one?

I have refreshed the feed on your account.
Some transactions did import, please check these are correct and monitor it for the next couple of days to make sure it is updating correctly overnight.

The Nationwide bank feed has stopped working from the end of january. I have checked a couple of times and done a manual request for a download but it doesn’t do it.
I attach the screenshot that shows it stopped on 31/01/25. It is not out of date or anything.
Please can you resolve this issue

I would recommend revoking the feed in Banking > Open Banking Feeds and setting the feed up again.
This will grant a fresh authorisation for the feed. Once set up try refreshing again.

There is an ongoing problem. I revoked the bank feed on 6th as you recommended and then reinstated the bank feed from Nationwide and it worked just that once and hasn’t worked again.
I will revoke it again and see if it works but this is too unreliable. Can you please look into why it isn’t working reliably.
