PAYMENT on FREE ACCOUNT
Will someone please get back to me regarding the £72 payment on 16 June.
What is the payment for on a free account?
Thank you.

Also - I’m unclear as to whether I have to re-authenticate the Bank link every 90 days, or whether the request to do so is Spam - thank you.

Were you prompted to pay for the subscription, or was this done voluntarily?

This sounds like a genuine email. Open Bank feeds need to be re-authenticated once every 90 days. If you want to be safe, you can go to Banking >> Open Banking Feeds within your QuickFile account, where you will find the option to renew it if needed.

Hi Jackie_Groundsell,
£72 sounds like £45 + VAT for the power user subscription and £15 + VAT for the open banking feed (=£72). A free account is only free until you reach 1000 ledger entries then you have to pay the power user subscription. Or, you can pay the power user subscription to get the extra features.

You can find all your invoices from quickfile by clicking on Account Setting and then on Quickfile Billing (Number 7)
