Hi, I have just got a message from Quickfile stating that my Power user subscription expires soon . The number of transactions I am processing has significantly fallen this year from previous levels. I think I am now below the threshold for triggering Power User level. If I dont renew, will I still be able to access the basic Quickfile.

If your account is below the 1,000 nominal ledger limit, then the subscription becomes optional and you don’t have to renew the subscription to continue using QuickFile.
If it is above 1,000 nominal ledger entries created within the last 12 months, then a subscription would be required.
