Print to PDF causes invalid certificate

HI All,

Working on Firefox 53.0.3

When trying to open an invoice as a PDF to save or print from the preview page I receive the following error:

SEC_ERROR_OCSP_INVALID_SIGNING_CERT

According to Firefox this is an issue with the website owners and they have provided a temporary work around (this will slightly reduce your security):
In the address bar type: "about:config"
The page says “This Might Void Your Warranty!” click the button "I accept the risk!"
Type into the Search Bar: "security.ssl.enable_ocsp_stapling"
On the line, double click to change “true” to “false”

As I said, this is a work around and not a permanent solution. Firefox recommend changing it back afterwards and trying again to open in 24 hours.

Quickfile, is this something that will be resolved?

Dom

I believe this a known certificate validation issue with Microsoft. There have been a number of reports over the weekend with SSL validation failures on Firefox.

Are you able to switch to Chrome until we have a further update from Microsoft?
