QIF downloads to Mac

Just transferred from PC to Mac and have a problem downloading Lloyds Bank QIF - the files just do not appear in the downloads folder. I suspect Mac does not have an auto QIF download programme. Any recommendations on an app for such or another workaround?

Can you try this with a different browser to see if it is browser related (Safari) or something else?

I’ve downloaded Firefox and it works fine on that so I guess it is a Safari issue.

QIF is a text based file format - does it open what looks like random text in your browser (possibly in a background tab)? If so you should just be able to do file → “save as” or whatever it’s called and save the file with a .qif extension that way.

No, it doesn’t do anything. No download, no background tab. Zilch.
Looks like I’ve got a workaround by using Firefox instead.
