Query to an estimate - Going to wrong email address

We originally setup quickfile under an old company name and we thought we had changed the name and contact details everywhere in the settings. However when we send an estimate to a client and they query it or send a message, quickfile replies to the old company name and email address. Can anyone tell me where I find the place to change this?



Invoice/estimate queries raised from the client side are directed to the default admin user on your account. In your case I can see this is a company name that differs to your main account name.

Please go into the Account Settings menu and select Team Management, here you will see an option to view and edit the main admin user. Rather than put a company name here it’s best to include the name of a contact person within the organisation.
