Restricted Read Only Access

Hi,

I have setup quickfile for a small charity and want to give the “trustees” read only access.

For Sales/Purchases I have ticked the following:

But cannot find a box to show bank transactions or bank balance.

If I give access to “Reports” then “users” can access a lot of stuff that is not “read only” i.e Chart of Accounts, VAT returns, HMRC, where users can “mess” up the system.

Access to other read only reports would be helpful too. (Profit Loss, Balance Sheet etc)
