Reversing bank statement upload

I uploaded a bank statement which I thought had transactions going back to 24 June. I knew there would be a couple of duplicated items so just accepted creating a rule - and then found there were 39 duplicated items and the bank account has completely messed up.

Before I try to manually correct this, is there a way that this upload can be reversed? It appeared not in 2016 according to this topic but I live in hope that things may have moved on in that time.
