Santander Bank feed issues

My Santander feed stopped working on the 26th of last month and I’ve tried to refresh, re-input my security details but nothing works.

Is there a known issue and fix for this?

Were you using a Yodlee feed? The yodlee feed has now stopped for Santander and customers are being advised to use the Open Banking feed


Ok so do I delete that feed and setup again as an open feed?

Yes that is correct, you’ll need to completely remove the yodlee feed, then set up the open banking link Managing Open Banking Feeds
