I have a resolved this issue!
Submit the SMTP settings on QF SMTP page then
- Login to the email account on hotmail
- go to “my profile” on the name in the top right
- Click Security tab at the top
- Click Sign-in activity
- Press the “This is me” button next to the blocked SMTP attempt
Submit your SMTP settings page again and confirm the Activation code.
