Subscription of a downsized business

I need to renew my subscription, my previous subscriptions were as a power user but my business has downsized considerably and now fits into the extra small category, so do I just pay for the Automated bank feed £15=vat?

Hi @CliveClive

You are not required to have the PUS with your account size so you don’t need to renew.

The PUS does come with extra features which will go if you chose not to renew.

Bear in mind though the account size is based on the previous 12 months activity so might still be needing the subscription for this year even if you have downsized/reduced usage. Checking the size of your account will confirm if it is optional this year.

How do I check the size of my account?

Every QuickFile account is graded in size based on the number of nominal entries created over a rolling 12 month basis.
