How would I go about transferring an Affinity client’s account back to the client? (I opened the account direct in my Affinity portal, but I’ve decided to drop the client and want to give them full control over it). Thank you for your help.

If you created the account from Affinity you will first need to log into their account and change another user to become the main administrator.
You can then detach a profile by following this thread here:
