Unable to log payment from current account

Hi Support,

I am unable to log a payment from the current account (Sole Trader) I only have options to pay from the proprietor drawings account and all other merchant accounts

The current account is listed on the dashboard, transactions have been tagged previously.

What are the steps you’re taking to log this payment? Are you logging from an invoice?

Yes, I am paying a suppliers invoice, I am using the log payment feature within this invoice

When you use the “Log Payment” option, you should see a dropdown with all the bank accounts that are in use (e.g. those that aren’t hidden).

If you can see the current account on the dashboard, it should be in this dropdown list.

If you’re seeing different to this, would you mind uploading a screenshot of the dropdown list (removing any sensitive or confidential information), please?

The account is shown on the dashboard but not listed on the dropdown function or under general bank accounts, in fact its not listed under the bank management module.

On the bank management screen, can you please go to Options >> Sort / Hide Accounts

Does the account show there? If so, it’s just been hidden. You can select Options next to the account you wish to show, and select Show account
