Using QuickFile credits to purchase a subscription

Hello

I found out that my account has £1.20 credit which I understood could be used to purchase items on the platform (including subscriptions). I topped up to the amount equalling a subscription however cannot see any way to use the credits to pay (since it always takes me to the worldpay system).

I’m trying to use the credits I’ve just topped up to purchase the Power User and Automated Bank Feeds. Can anyone help?

As @Lurch has said this £1.20 credit is issued to everyone when they create an account to allow them to trial the Snail Mail. This is promotional credit and is non transferable.
