Is there any way of changing the time after I’m being logged off from the quick file?
I see that even if I work constantly on something I come to the point when I see the log in screen. So there is an activity but I’m being forced to login in.

The auto log-out time cannot be set for a specific user, the default period is 2 hours of inactivity.
Can you reproduce a situation where you’re being logged out? I.e. what steps can we take to replicate this behaviour?
It is sudden.
I for example create new purchases. After around 20 minutes, when I want to save the one just created I got log in window.

When you’re editing sales and purchase invoices, the server doesn’t see any activity (it’s all done on the client side). However last year we added a little “Keep Alive” ping that fires every 2 mins to keep the session alive. We’re looking at that now as that should have stopped the auto logout from occurring.
