Yodlee - payments not being pulled in

no bank transaction details updating quick-file BANK account from the 19/5 i refresh it put a date in for the 1/5 and nothing uploads, I know there are payments i cant tag them and the payments remain unpaid and late.

Are you seeing any errors when you try to manually refresh, or does it appear to complete as normal?

What bank is this for please (e.g. HSBC, Barclays, Metro etc.)?

Nat West , i just run it again to take a screen shoot, however its down loaded the transactions from the 22/5/17 now !!

So just to confirm - it is working all OK at the moment?

It’s worth noting that with banks in the RBS group (NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland etc.), there is a slight delay due to the way they post transactions.

Of course, if you are missing transactions from longer than a few days ago, then I’m happy to refer this to Yodlee to see if there are any issues.
