Yorkshire Clysdale bank feed not working?

I have a paid bank feed setup which is working with starling and was working with Yorkshire bank.

The last transaction that appears in my bank feed is from 10 10 19.
I have a number of other transactions since then but quickfile will not bring them in.

With yorkshire you have to manually log in each time and authorise it on your phone.
When you do this, quickfile asks you which date to download from.
I choose 10 10 19 and quickfile says : No new transactions were found

This are quite a few since then from then, not just very recent ones from today, and it will not bring them in?

Hi @adnw,

It sounds like you are using a Yodlee feed, these are being phased out. You should be able to connect using Open Banking for Yorkshure Bank
Migrating a Yodlee feed to Open Banking

This should hopefully resolve the issues you are having.

yes that has now worked but im pretty sure thats how i set it up in the first place. i think i was already using open banking?
