is it possible to also export or save or batch save all the receipts/docs attached to these purchases?
can these be linked together somehow?

You can produce 2 downloads - one for the account back up (which is your account data), and one for the files.

Can you download or backup some purchases, then upload these to another quickfile account?
You can, but this is limited to 50 at a time. You can just tick the ones you want to export on the purchase list and click the “Export” button at the top of the page. This will generate a CSV file for you.
does this take the attached receipts with them and somehow name them to match?

No, unfortunately not. You could however upload the documents to your receipt hub and tab them to the purchases that way.
