My client doesn't have an "import to QuickFile" button


So my client tells me he does not have the “import to Quickfile” button. I asked him to send me a copy of the invoice email and I can’t see it neither.

Can I just check which client area version you’re using? The newer one looks like the one in this post: Client Area Refresh

Hi matekie,
On the client area there should be three button

For example invoices you should click on invoices and then on “View” on the right hand side after the invoice line

Your client should see the button on the invoice screen:
