We will not be renewing our subscription when it ends in December 2018. Can you tell me if we have read access to the data after the expiry date? Also, how do we do a full backup of our data please?

We’ll certainly be sorry to see you go! If you have any feedback that you would be happy sharing (either here or in a private message), that would be appreciated.
If the account is still within the L or XL categories, then a subscription is required to access the data. However, we are happy to assess access requests on a case-by-case basis if you contact us. If the account falls into the XS, S or M categories, then no subscription is required, so you can freely access it without needing to contact us. This will happen over time, but this does depend on the size of the account.
You can perform a backup of the account by following this guide, which generates a zip file of CSVs.
You can download a backup of your uploaded documents (e.g. invoices, receipts etc.), by following this guide.
