Resetting QuickFile account

I’d like to reset my Quickfile account and start afresh but would still like to access the old data going back 7 years…is this possible?

Yes it is possible. Before you reset your account you should do a backup which will be send to you per email. After you received the email you can reset your account. To do this click on Account Settings in the blue bar at the top of your screen on any quickfile page within your account. Number 10 in the menu is the backup. If you have done this go back to Account Setting and click on number 9 to reset your account. You can then open the backup files on your computer/laptop.

A second option is to open a second quickfile account.
