Subscription options

Hi,

When I went to log into my account I’m presented with the phrase “Your Power User Subscription has now expired” and I have just two options:
(1) Power User Subscription at £45
(2) Automated Bank Feeds at £15.04
I had been using the free version of Quickfile and believed it to be free.
Is this no longer the case?

As it won’t let me use the system I have no way to check my usage but we are an extremely small company (countinglab.quickfile.co.uk).

Hi @Colin1,

I’ve taken a look at your account and can see that you have 1313 ledger entries which have been created in the last 12 months. This means your account is graded as L, and has caused the notification regarding the charge.

You can however defer this for 14 days if you haven’t done so already (there’s an option on the payment screen for this), which will give you 14 days free access.
