I am a small user and so using Quickfile for free however when I logged in today I receved a message saying I have exceeded 1000 transactions and so need to upgrade to a subscription for a large business.
In the last year I have only made around 250 transactions so why does the system think I have done over 1000?
Is there any way to contact quickfile to get them to double check this?

Hi @Linda The pricing for QuickFile works on the number of nominal entries created in your account within the last 12 month period (rolling). So for example, as of today, we would count all nominal entries created from 19/04/2017 until 18/04/2018. Nominal entries are made up from several parts of your account, including bank entries, invoices and journals. You can view your Account usage report via Account Settings > All Settings > Account Usage Report

It will, show you a breakdown of your postings by nominal and date.

250 transactions are about 1000 ledger entries which means you are very likely inside the Large threshold and require a paid subscription.
